Snowy River was used as an endurance horse for many years and came to us as an incredibly well broke riding horse.
Laurie has used her in parades and fun shows, and she is the horse anyone can ride. She moves out really well and has
an amazing extended trot and has been clocked trotting over 20 miles an hour! She is gentle and smooth, and crosses
anything in the trail without hesitation.
Spring of 2008 she was shown at the Minnesota Horse Exposition to represent the SMR.
She had a grullo colt in 2007, Steel River. Snowy River has been SOLD! Congratulations to Chandra Rain of Winona,
MO! She will be used as an extra riding horse for less experienced friends and to pony young horses down the trail.
