Delta Dawn was born in North Dakota in 2002. Her owner brought her down to Missouri. For the past few years, she was
used as a trail horse and brood mare. She has had two foals from Cheyenne Brave. Her stud colt from 2009, Ventisco
Brave, was born in MN. He was then sold and will be representing the breed overseas in France!
When Delta was being hauled from MO our trailer was rear ended in by a large RV. Delta, carrying her unborn foal
sustained a head injury. After having only owned her a few hours, a vet had to stitch severed muscle and skin on her
forehead back into place using a lantern in the bent up trailer because the door hinges had been damaged. Everyone was
so impressed with how well behaved she was during the entire ordeal!
Delta has recently joined me in Montana. After a refresher course in riding, she is being ridden as time allows.
